Terms and Conditions

• 1. Tickets for the shows can be purchased through this Website or at Les Marionnettes theatre subject to the following terms and conditions.
• 2. All ticket purchases for shows and events are subject to availability and our current pricing.
• 3. Tickets are only valid for the specific date, time and show.
• 4. Subject to applicable laws, Les Marionnettes reserves the right to change the ticket prices.

• 5. Refunds are available for tickets canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled show. Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations. Processing fees may apply and are non-refundable.
• 6. Cancellations or changes made to bookings less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled shows are not eligible for refunds.
• 7. Some tickets, such as those purchased as part of a special promotion or for special events, may be non-refundable. Details will be specified at the time of purchase.
• 8. If a show is canceled by Les Marionnettes, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
• 9. To request a refund, please call 56 244 4470 or email info@lesmarionnettes.net.

• 10. There are no assigned seats. Seat selection is on first-come, first-served basis. The first 3 rows are reserved for small children.
• 11. Shows start on the time specified on our Website or on your ticket. We will not wait for anyone to start the show. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the show.
• 12. Please try to vacate the theatre within 10 minutes of the end of the show as we have to prepare for the next show.
• 13. Every effort will be made to hold shows on schedule, but sometimes show times may change or shows may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Please always check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.
• 14. You acknowledge and agree that any type of recording or transmission of any live puppet shows is prohibited without our prior written consent. You are permitted to record and post lawful, non-offensive content related to your attendance of the shows.
• 15. Food and beverages purchased outside Les Marionnettes are not permitted into Les Marionnettes.
• 16. Guests are required to keep the premises of Les Marionnettes clean.

• 17. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) at all times at Les Marionnettes.
• 18. To ensure the safety of all our guests, a CCTV system has been installed to conduct surveillance 24-hours a day.

• 19. Les Marionnettes will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items that have been left unattended. Personal items should not be left unattended.
• 20. Les Marionnettes will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage.
